释义	laydays statement 装卸期间计算表又称laytime statement，以不定期船(tramper)装运货物时，在货物装卸过程中，由船方逐日记录装卸时间、数量及停工原因，作成装卸时间表(time sheet)。装卸完毕後，根据该时间表并综合装卸准备完成通知书(notice of readiness)所编制的计算表即为装卸期间计算表。该计算表须由船长及货主共同签名，以凭计算快速费(dispatch money)或延滞费(*demurrage)。
