指国内货物出口时所课徵的关税。由於税负增加了出口成本，不利本国商品在国际市场上的竞争，是故各国为了鼓励对外贸易，除了某些具有竞争力的农产品或特殊产品之外，大都已废止出口税的课徵，我国则自民国35年起全面取消出口税。
