释义	voyage charter party 计程佣船契约；航程佣船契约；定程佣船契约又称trip charter party，指因论程佣船(*voyage charter)而签订的契约。可分为全部佣船及部份佣船，依货物的数量而定。内容除由货主为运送货物而租用船舶，约定港口、货物之外，亦约定运费，而有关运送所需的燃料费、手续费等均由船主负担。
